When called on to assist a DEF supply customer, Doug stepped in during an already demanding week to deliver exceptional service. His positive attitude and quick response helped build trust with the customer, who had been hesitant to make a change after years with another supplier.
His commitment to being guest-obsessed and representing Pilot with excellence played a key role in securing a valuable business opportunity.

Nancy’s attentiveness and quick action are powerful examples of reliability in action. While assisting a professional driver, she noticed signs of physical distress and immediately raised her concerns. Trusting her instincts, she alerted the driver’s wife and called 911.
Medical professionals later confirmed the driver was experiencing a stroke. Nancy’s willingness to act and her commitment to caring for others may have prevented a much more serious outcome.
“Taking care of people is part of what we do every day,” says Nancy. “When I noticed something didn’t seem right, I knew it was important to act quickly. I’m thankful we were able to help the driver get medical attention right away.”
