Pilot’s Team Member Appreciation Week 2026

Every year, we celebrate Team Member Appreciation Week as a time to recognize the contributions Pilot team members make every single day. While appreciation is part of how we show up for each other year-round, this week gives us a chance to go the extra mile to celebrate one another and the culture we continue to build together.

Thanking Our Journey Makers

This week, Pilot honored what truly makes our company special—our people. From team building opportunities to words of appreciation, gratitude for Pilot team members showed up in big and small ways across our locations.

Team member appreciation cards encouraged us to recognize a teammate and keep the momentum going by passing it forward. It’s a simple reminder that appreciation is contagious!

Showing Our Spirit

Spirit days showcased creativity, personality and plenty of fun. On Monday, company pride was on display for Pilot Day as team members sported their favorite Pilot gear.

Wednesday’s Team Theme Day saw groups get creative dressing up as iconic duos, trios and teams. 

And on Fan Day Thursday, individuality took center stage as team members repped their favorite sports stars and music artists.

Our fleet drivers also joined in the fun, swapping their uniform hats for their favorite sports caps!

Carrying Appreciation Forward

While Team Member Appreciation Week gives us a chance to be intentional about appreciation, we are committed every day to raising each other up, showing up in every moment, and making sure everyone feels seen, appreciated and knows that they truly belong. Pilot’s purpose is showing people they matter at every turn, and that includes our team members.
